I always look forward to my Audi dealership visit, as Ted McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter. Ed Stawiciki and the entire Service Staff at Schaumburg Audi does a good job. They are always friendly and know what they are doing. This time I had a flat tire, AAA came and put the spare on and then Au Audi does a good job. They are always friendly and know what they are doing. This time I had a flat tire, AAA came and put the spare on and then Audi Schaumburg took me that same day at my convenience to look at the tire(s). Last fall they told me that I would need new tires in the spring so when it was determined the tire could not be repaired I bought four new tires. They placed the tires on the car, balanced them, checked all the fluids and then washed the car. I was out of the dealership exactly when they told me I would be finished. More
