I have only had great experience with this dealer. Was recommended by 4 of my friends that have 1 or more Audis. Service department is (Andy, Tony and Eric) very competent and accommodating and Vern in sa recommended by 4 of my friends that have 1 or more Audis. Schaumburg Audi is the most personable, professional, efficient, caring dealershiip I have ever done business with. (Any more, it doesn't feel so much like doing business as it does visiting family.) Everybody there has a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. They are very knowledgable about the service needs of your vehicle. The owner takes the time to shake your hand when he encounters you. All of the staff, whether it's the cashier, salesmen, mechanics, appointment advisor, etc. are pleasant, efficient and friendly (but not intrusive). Someone is always there ready to give prompt service (most of the time, they're right out, with paper in hand, before you exit your car). I have never experienced any 'attitude', rudeness, or ambivalance of any sort. My car is always well taken care of, washed and vacuumed. Even the porters are friendly and efficient. One of the most pleasing things I've noticed is they don't play 'favorites'. I've been a regular customer for about three (3) years now and I know who's who. However, when I entere the service area, if there are other people ahead of me, the service advisors take their time with whomever is ahead of me, still acknowledging I'm waiting. They never take their attention away from the person they are doing a service write-up for, which is extremely impressive to me. I wish I could think of many more eloquent ways to put it; suffice it to say - THEY ARE THE BEST! I would recommend them to anybody, any time. More

Ever since I bought my Audi, I have been taking it to this dealership for any services. Every time I am there, the staff treats me with respect and provides me with all the information I need. On this last visit, Brandon was more than helpful filling out all the paper work and giving me all the information I needed for my service. He quoted me a price and they preformed the job like they said they would. Brandon also gave me a loaner car. I couldn't have asked for a better loaner. It was a brand new Q7. I don't know how he is going to top that one, next time i need a loaner. Later on during the day I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. Brandon also told me about possible services that I may want to consider for my next visit. When i received my car, the job was completed and my car was washed. I will continue to bring my car to this dealership because of the fast, friendly and honest service i get here. I have recommended this dealership to other audi owners. I think their prices are fair and the quality of work is the best. Thank you for always trying to deliver the best work possible and continue to strive to be the best. I have owned my Audi A4 since 2004. I have always taken it to the Schaumburg Audi dealer. Most of the time I have been taken care of by Ted McConnell. Working with Ted and the entire Schaumburg Audi staff has been a real pleasure. I have never looked forward to going to a car dealer before to get service. Ted and the others I come in contact with at the dealer have always made it a pleasant experience. There is a comfortable are in which to work with internet access and coffee while waiting for my car to be serviced. After reading some positive reviews about this dealership, I suspect that they were most likely written by their own employees to try and hide the truth about how poorly you and your car will be t dealership, I suspect that they were most likely written by their own employees to try and hide the truth about how poorly you and your car will be treated if you go there. I had several bad experiences with them where they will try to charge you for repairs covered under warranty and you can guarantee that your car will be worse off when you get it back. My case is not alone. I have had friends and family have similar experiences there. If you already made the mistake of buying a car from this stealership, make sure NOT to get it serviced there otherwise you will regret it. I am happy that DealerRater came along so other innocent people can be protected from the scams of dishonest dealers like Schaumburg Audi. If you have an Audi and live in the Chicago area do yourself a favor and make the trip to Continental Audi to get decent service. My friends and family live close to Schaumburg Audi but drive out of their way to get their car serviced in Naperville for their peace of mind. I sincerely hope this note reaches someone who is considering Schaumburg Audi and decides to take their car elsewhere. It will save them much stress and heartache. More
