Inexperienced crew, seems like all the old pros are gone since my last visit. Not greeted upon arrival, promised extended warranty quote, did not receive, service report not reviewed although 2 tires danger since my last visit. Not greeted upon arrival, promised extended warranty quote, did not receive, service report not reviewed although 2 tires dangerously low on tread. Subsequent extended warranty quote sent by email ignored 3 follow ups. Facility phone reception problems prohibit doing work while waiting. I have been satisfied customer for 10 years recommending friends and associates. I have purchased 3 A6's there and friends at least 3 others. Will consider another dealer in future. Bring back Ed Zwicki and the old place any day. Formerly a great dealership. More

Schaumburg Audi is absolutely fantastic! I purchased my A3 in March of 2008, I did have a Audi TT back in 2000 however at that time the dealership was just ok. NOW?? The service department is absolutely THE BEST !! friendly, helpful, respectful - my car is taken good care of. Leaves clean and the work is always done right now!
