Andy has been great in following up with me. I took my Audi Q5 in for 5000 miles service and to have the floor mats sprayed with stain protector and they told me it would take about 90 minutes, but actull Audi Q5 in for 5000 miles service and to have the floor mats sprayed with stain protector and they told me it would take about 90 minutes, but actully was only about an hour. They were friendly and had a lounge area and free coffee and tea that was available while I was waiting. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. More

From the very minute I arrived, Andy Emberton was attentive to my needs and helpful with my questions. I had a last minute conflict in time as my mother was rescheduled for surgery. I chose Schaumburg Audi over a closer dealership because it received better service reviews. And I was very pleased with the sales, the service, and the ease of everything. More
