My passenger window shattered unexpectedly on my way to work. I pulled into Hoffman Audi unexpected, they got me a loaner and I was on my way to work within 10 minutes. I love these guys. Terrible service they damaged my car twice and attempted to cut corners on the repairs. Watch these guys they will lie! Do yourself a great favor do not let their employees touch your car. Inexperienced crew, seems like all the old pros are gone since my last visit. Not greeted upon arrival, promised extended warranty quote, did not receive, service report not reviewed although 2 tires danger since my last visit. Subsequent extended warranty quote sent by email ignored 3 follow ups. Facility phone reception problems prohibit doing work while waiting. I have been satisfied customer for 10 years recommending friends and associates. I have purchased 3 A6's there and friends at least 3 others. Will consider another dealer in future. Bring back Ed Zwicki and the old place any day. Formerly a great dealership. More
