Schaumburg Audi is absolutely fantastic! I purchased my A3 in March of 2008, I did have a Audi TT back in 2000 however at that time the dealership was just ok. NOW?? The service department is absolutely THE BEST !! friendly, helpful, respectful - my car is taken good care of. Leaves clean and the work is always done right now! Nolan is fantastic, I'm grateful to be able to work with him. Very courteous, very patient and doesn't mind all my questions, etc. etc. Keep up the great work all of you! Always, always room for improvement just because things change on a daily basis. Remember to smile as that always puts the customer at ease. thank you, can't say enough good so I will leave it at that!!! More

Andy has been great in following up with me. I took my Audi Q5 in for 5000 miles service and to have the floor mats sprayed with stain protector and they told me it would take about 90 minutes, but actull Audi Q5 in for 5000 miles service and to have the floor mats sprayed with stain protector and they told me it would take about 90 minutes, but actully was only about an hour. They were friendly and had a lounge area and free coffee and tea that was available while I was waiting. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. More

From the very minute I arrived, Andy Emberton was attentive to my needs and helpful with my questions. I had a last minute conflict in time as my mother was rescheduled for surgery. The waiting area had wifi, coffee, and donuts, plus the morning news on tv, and Andy gave me a couple of time updates on my car service. I chose Schaumburg Audi over a closer dealership because it received better service reviews. And I was very pleased with the sales, the service, and the ease of everything. More

This last time I was "on the run"; I called them - they got me in right away and had me back on the road in less than an hour! always great service!
