I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I've been coming to this location since I bought my car a few years back. The reason I love this location is because they always put the customer first. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their work. They also make you comfortable while you are waiting in the waiting room and if you can't wait, they will also find you a loaner. They have never tried to get me to do more work on my car that is needed, like some other dealers have done. The last few times I've been there, I have dealt with Anthony. He is great!! He always makes sure that I'm doing good while waiting and comes to me with updates on my car as soon as he gets them. Due to my work schedule I can't always stay so he always makes sure to work around that and find me a loaner if need it. Another thing that sets them apart is the little things they do. I'm part of their email listing and every few months i get a newsletter regarding things about car and other things. I've learn some new tips and ideas that apply to everyone with a car and not just audi car people. I've been able to share that with some of my friends. I can't thank this dealer ship enough. I had unbelievable service when I took my car in 4/5/12. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. As I pulled my car into the dealership, Ted was standing there, waiting for I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. As I pulled my car into the dealership, Ted was standing there, waiting for me, holding the door open. He was smiling and continued to be extremely pleasant and helpful through out the experience. My oil light was on and I was afraid to drive the car. I was also concerned that my car was using too much oil. Not only did they top off the oil, they topped off all my fluids. AND they found that there was a recall on a certain part and replaced that as well. I needed to come back for a seat repair. Ted said at that time they would run a complete diagnostic on my oil consumption to see if there was any issue. He scheduled it and arranged for a loaner car. He also told me about some upcoming maintenance needed in May. He said my tire treds were low and they'd recheck them in May as well. He told me of a tire sale going on and recommended which tires to buy (BTW, he recommended the least expensive). Cost? $0. Time spent waiting for all this? 45 minutes. AND they washed my car! An unbelievable experience! More

Owning four Audi's I feel makes us experts in the service and in knowing it is not hit or miss on being treated well, it is a constant. I really feel they appreciate us as much as we do them. When a relative was looking for a new car last year we convinced her to go there to test drive the cars and see what they could do for her. She was so impressed first with the cars and then the willingness to give her a great deal, she also now owns an Audi from Schaumburg Audi that she is very happy with. Seeing how well they treated her just convinced us to recommend them to everyone we know. More

I was able to drop off my car, quickly get a loaner and drive out of the dealership in 15 minutes. Ed provided good communication along the way and my car was ready when promised. I always look forward to my Audi dealership visit, as Ted McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter. He ask the reason for my visit and then shortly thereafter tells me how long I should expect to McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter.
