Quoted cost for simple very basic repair's are outrages. Time to actually install the two replacement parts is less than an hour. Parts with 3x mark up is $200.00. I paid $220.00 for diagnostics but wasn't provided the print out. The two hours I sat in waiting room I listen to every customer being pitched a tire rotation regardless of why they were there so another $65.00 could be added to the final invoice. I understand that there is a mark up on parts and labor and every business needs/wants to make a profit on transactions but taking that into account there is still no possible way to honestly justify this expense. Very disappointing as I have always been personally partial to Audi vehicles despite the emission's debacle. More
