Most of the staff there were great and pleasant to work with. However, the service consultant that I was assigned to just seemed annoyed that I was there. His answers were very short and basic and overall with. However, the service consultant that I was assigned to just seemed annoyed that I was there. His answers were very short and basic and overall just felt like he wanted me out of the store. My car was towed in after my tire blew out, so I was a walk in and the entire time my service person made me feel like I was bothering him by showing up unannounced. He couldn't find my tire warranty in the system, so I asked if we could call the Audi dealership where I bought the car to confirm my warranty and he gave me a quick no, and then told me to call them and deal with it later. He told me I'd have to pay for the tire and then deal with the warranty company for reimbursement. I did call and the Fletcher dealership went out of their way to send me an email with my warranty because they were confused how your consultation couldn't find my info and wondered how much he'd even tried. I called your store later so I could get my warranty information in and I worked with a different consultant over the phone. She was amazing, helpful, cheerful and took care of the entire claim process. When I came in to get my car my consultant was working with another customer so I waiting. After the customer left his desk he was finishing up her paperwork but he didn't even acknowledge I was there. A different consultant asked me if I needed help and I told him I was waiting for the guy next to him. My consultant looked up and turned to the other guy and said hes just here to pick up a car. No greeting, no welcome back, didn't ask if I had questions just brushed me off. The other consultant was very nice and explained I just needed to go to the cashier and she would take care of me. I did have follow on questions about my car in general and the new consultant spent time answering my questions and then even went to get a sales person to answer some more specific questions I had about the myAudi app. Even the cashier was really nice and the sales person took his time to make sure I understood everything. Had I gotten any of the other people from the beginning I'd probably choose to come back as this is the closest Audi dealership to my work. As of now I'm going to choose to my car to any of the other Audi locations, vs having to work with somebody that is annoyed I'm there. More
