I took my vehicle in to have diagnostics performed on the radio because it was not working. $221 later I was told the radio is not working and the components are not communicating to wash other. Yes. A radio because it was not working. $221 later I was told the radio is not working and the components are not communicating to wash other. Yes. Agree. That is why I brought it in. Then was told to figure out what’s wrong and reassemble it would be $1.200.. But total cost is not known because they don’t know what’s wrong with it. So why did I have to pay $221????? More

I'm from out of town and while traveling through the area, I was having issues with the oil pressure in the vehicle. I asked them to perform a simple oil pressure check. Instead they charged me $220 for area, I was having issues with the oil pressure in the vehicle. I asked them to perform a simple oil pressure check. Instead they charged me $220 for a diagnostic report I didn't want or need. They took advantage of my misfortune and demanded a small fortune an additional $650 for the simple task I initially asked them to perform. If back in the area, I would trust any crackhead mechanic on Craigslist, before I would bring my car back to these thieves. Thank you for asking me to rate your performance.
