This most recent interaction, the head mechanic, felt it necessary to explain to me, that business here. I've had service done, on several occasions. I obviously, took the high road, and moved in, to business however, it doesn't leave you feeling well, driving an Audi, and experiencing this. Job was completed. More

My only concern about the experience was my booking. I went online to schedule the appt which was great. When I showed up at my noon appt I was informed it was lunchtime and I’d have to wait an hour for I went online to schedule the appt which was great. The servicer said I should have called for the appt but that was never represented. The actual servicing was a solid experience. More

I had a flat tire and came in and the dealer took the car and had my tires replaced and ready without appointment. In addition makayla used the warranty on the tire to get it paid for. Service Advisor was sorta judgmental, not sure if he was having a bad day or something but automatically assumed I come in only for oil changes. He didn’t even bother to explain the maintenance that I need. having a bad day or something but automatically assumed I come in only for oil changes. He didn’t even bother to explain the maintenance that I need. For a luxury dealership I am shocked. This is the 2nd time two different SA’s and neither explained if I need other maintenance. He then said he doesn’t have history on my car. The car was a 1 owner all maintained at a Audi dealer, the history should be there. I never experienced this at Audi of Westmont, they take the time to say what other maintenance is needed or recommended. I don’t think I’ll be coming back even tho this location is the closest to my house. Also last thing, be like BMW they print out a packet of info of what the tech went through the checklist and what maintenance I’ll need. It’s disappointing for a luxury car dealer to not give any info. More
