My wife and I purchased an Audi Q5 S in the past 3 months. We have nothing but issues with the brakes from loud noises to pulsating where we feel it is unsafe to drive. Audi has not repaired the iss months. We have nothing but issues with the brakes from loud noises to pulsating where we feel it is unsafe to drive. Audi has not repaired the issue after 3 attempts and then we are pushed out 3 weeks for an appointment. Andy, the service manager explains to my wife its the way she is driving the car and needs to push on the breaks hard. I've been in the car with my wife and she drives the Q5 like a performance vehicle. Andy is blowing us off. I left a message with Brian Hall the General Manager 3 days ago and still no return call. I called the dealer and Brian has been in the dealership, but wasn't there to take my call. The service department is unresponsive and undermanned if they can't return voice-mails and schedule appointments in a reasonable time. Especially after 3x's for the same issue. We are not driving the car, because of the safety issue. Have you heard of the lemon law, I don't mean the car. More
