My latest service was pretty smooth and frustration free with regard to the vehicle. Wait time was good and a car wash was offered but not needed so I declined. Purchased a 2021 ford raptor that I was told was in perfect mechanical condition. I had the vehicle transferred to NC and the 4 wheel drive doesn’t work. The response from management was did I purchase perfect mechanical condition. I had the vehicle transferred to NC and the 4 wheel drive doesn’t work. The response from management was did I purchase and extended warranty. I feel the vehicle I purchased was extremely misrepresented as the 4wheel drive system is a pretty important part of purchasing the truck. I expected better from a large dealer. More
