Sold me a 2018 Q7,CPO, Did all negotiations on line car has good carfax, and looked good in the pictures drove from SC to pick it up. Arrived early evening, looked over the car scratches down the passenger has good carfax, and looked good in the pictures drove from SC to pick it up. Arrived early evening, looked over the car scratches down the passenger side, they took it back to the detail shop and buffed them out. Also a heavy odor in the car was told this was the treatment used on the leather it would go away in a few days. I asked had it been smoked in was told they didn't CPO cars that had been smoked in, I admit I had concerns, but its Audi CPO wright! Drove home in heavy rain found it very difficult to see out the windshield thought the defroster isn't working? Next day I took the car to wash the road dirt off, well the reason I could not see out was the inside of the windows were extremely dirty as was the dashboard, buttons etc. at that point I discovered a star crack in the upper portion of the windshield. I reported the crack in the wind shield and the condition of the interior also that I believed the car had been smoked to the dealership, they said bring back we will detail it! Sure drive back to Jacksonville! It's now been a couple of weeks I have had the car cleaned, the scratches are back, the leather cleaner smell has given way to the smell of smoke and the Audi dealer is nowhere to be found! My 4th Audi, 2/ new.. 2/ CPO never expected this would happen! Buyer beware! More
