They Charged 1000$ Doc fee and I can't seem to get them to get everything to my License office to get my tags. Bought a car on October 30, 2020 and its now feb 22, 2021. For a thousand bucks for documents, I expected they would do that well! I finally got docs about two weeks ago but, they only sent a check for half the sales tax. We've already racked up 3 months of penalty for late title. My license office called them while I was there and the actually said "we can't be held responsible for a slow postal service -- but they sent the docs overnight Fed-Ex! So, 114 days and 3 temp tags later this is still unresolved. I have many unreturned e-mails and phone calls. This is such a basic function when selling cars it shouldn't be this difficult. Their unresponsive customer service is in-excusable. More

I purchased a $100,000 vehicle from this dealership. I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need to do so in this situation. The buying experience was the worst I have ever experienced. First off I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need to do so in this situation. The buying experience was the worst I have ever experienced. First off I purchased a car that took me over a month to get. The finance manager and general sales manager lied on every occasion that was given to them. I finally just said forget it and requested my down payment to be refunded. They told me if I back out of the deal (which they couldn't complete and get financed no fault of my own) I would lose all my money. This was almost a month into trying to purchase a car from this dealership. After fighting with them for a month and me having to threat lawsuit, the deal was done. I have had my vehicle 2 months and received calls, messages, and emails from sales manager stating that (to some it up shortly) they haven't applied for my permanent tags for my vehicle!!! I have been waiting for 2 months for my license plate that the paperwork hasn't been sent off for. Horrible experience, very arrogant general manager, I was extremely patient with them and I had to contact them for updates while waiting for the deal to be complete even though they had a substantial amount of my money. Lies were told and no follow through with things. On a side note I would have thought with a purchase of that amount I would have been given a gift card for gas to fill up my new car...nope. Awful experience. More
