My first contact was by phone with Chris. We set a time for me to come to the dealership and finalize the deal. Alfonzo wrote up the sale. He scrolled through the screens so fast we did not get a chance to read everything. He said I would get them electronically within 3 days. I never even saw the window sticker either!!! SURPRISE!! When I did get the electronic paperwork, without a window sticker, I was shocked to see the extraneous charges. Ceramic coating $399, Towing $399, Traceable Theft $299, Lo-Jack $699 and predelivery $1199.99. Was the predelivery charge in addition to destination and handling $1295??? WHO KNOWS?? I have towing on my insurance and would never have authorized that. Traceable Theft and Lo-Jack were not installed on the car either, both unnecessary. If in fact the ceramic coating was applied at minimum I should been told this before I read it. Carolina Massote, General Manager sent two emails stating I should call or email her if I could not give a 10 rating on the surveys I'd be getting. I called and left a voice message.
