Chester’s empathy, attention to detail, and understanding of what you’re asking for- and then how he communicates what he can deliver on is next-level. Justin, the Finance Director was also phenomenal. He didn’t try to sell me add-ons that I didn’t want rather he took care of me and made things (and the offer/s) even better. I was having a difficult time in Southern-California where I live, as related to this fourth purchase; none of the initial interactions were seamless, and I don’t have time to deal with incorrect information and frustrations because I’m so busy with work, so I reached out to Las Vegas because I had a great experience with their Service Department while I was driving/moving cross-country to Southern California this past summer. I was having a faulty key issue- and the woman in their service department was awesome, so I had great memories of that experience. I was in contact with a couple different dealerships across the country trying to resolve the issue and she just made everything so easy and was such a pleasure.
