Overall, not a great experience. Although I believe I ended up with a good deal on a 2023 Audi, the day and what followed, was rife with a lack of professionalism. From a combative sales experience, to a rushed closing that included a shady attempt to lock me in to a higher interest rate loan than what my credit deserved…it was shockingly underwhelming. Additionally, the car was sold with a tire that may or may not have been defective. When I returned to the dealerahip 6 days later to inquire about what they could do, I was met with accusation and combativeness from multiple employees, including management. Finally, they did do the right thing and replace the tire. And, as of today, I still have not connected with the general manager, who made a very weak attempt to respond to requests to discuss my experience. All in all, this has not been the experience I would expect from Audi, nor any luxury car dealership. I will likely not be servicing my vehicle at this location and I will not recommend it to friends. More
