I called Ally to let her know I had a check engine light, she scheduled my appointment, arrange the drop off, had the vehicle washed and ready before expectations and when I was unable to get it myself arran she scheduled my appointment, arrange the drop off, had the vehicle washed and ready before expectations and when I was unable to get it myself arranged for someone else to pick it up without a problem. Terrible customer service. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Audi Lehi and the service has gone from a 4/5 to a 2! I dropped my car off for one day service, asked for a loaner, I have purchased 4 vehicles from Audi Lehi and the service has gone from a 4/5 to a 2! I dropped my car off for one day service, asked for a loaner, was told there weren't any, Ubered to and from work, to get a call that the car would take 2 days and come get a loaner. The car took 10 days and I had to keep calling to check on status. Nobody reached out to me without me calling first. I am not convince the problem was fixed, as my light came on again yesterday. I do not recommend Audi Lehi. Right now, I am feeling like I will trade all 4 vehicles to another brand. More
I was very disappointed that even with repeated appointments, this dealership didn't take the time to duplicate the problems I was having and fix them. I've always had good experiences with this de appointments, this dealership didn't take the time to duplicate the problems I was having and fix them. I've always had good experiences with this dealership in the past, but my most recent Audi has given me nothing but trouble. In my opinion, it's a lemon and the company should make it right! More
No communication back on car that has been in the shop. Multiple calls in with no return. I had to drive to the dealership to get an update. And, vehicle is back in service for the same issue. Allie was simply fantastic and took great care of me upon arrival, and then was very good at keeping me posted throughout the process of getting a basic service done, then further work too. I don't have much experience with the dealership to say only a few times I had visited the dealership in my life when I needed but because you asked me I will be honest with my experience I own two vehicle only a few times I had visited the dealership in my life when I needed but because you asked me I will be honest with my experience I own two vehicles one is luxes GX from 2013 and this Audi RXQ8 2024 almost one year so that's mean I have more experience with luxe dealership more than Audi dealership let me explain to you what other dealerships did to me when I sent them my car for service they hand me another car to use it until my car is ready for pick up but I don't see any of those benefits services with Audi dealership . All went well except I didn't get an update on the progress of the service. No problem with that. But $900+ for labor is ridiculous. It took 2 1/2 hours. To be told 'Audi requires we charge for that a progress of the service. No problem with that. But $900+ for labor is ridiculous. It took 2 1/2 hours. To be told 'Audi requires we charge for that amount, even if it takes less time than expected to finish' isn't good enough. It was filter changes and fluid changes. That shouldn't cost $1,600. More
