They disabled a safety feature of my car accidentally when they upgraded the software for the multimedia display. That update also resulted in the screen now switching to black in sunlight rather than go when they upgraded the software for the multimedia display. That update also resulted in the screen now switching to black in sunlight rather than going brighter, making the screen worthless. They can't roll the firmware back to a working version and said the only option is to pay $6700 to replace the unit. They do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. When I was initially describing the issue I was having regarding a "engine coolant level low" indicator, their service center wrote up that I stated the engine was overheating, leading the technician to think there was a leak and suggested replacing the thermostat. I never said the engine was overheating, I'd in fact stated the opposite, that once the warning about the coolant came on I carefully monitored the engine temp and it never overheated. That being incorrectly written up would have been a $2400 repair for a part that wasn't broken. More

A diagnostic charge back in March just to look at the car purchased from, that’s and says you don’t want my repeat business. I have since flipped the car and bought a new car through the Larry H Miller group. More
