The repair agents we dealt with were fine and provided all information needed for me to make a decision. However, I was not happy with the report that Audi could not fix the sensor on my transmission whic all information needed for me to make a decision. However, I was not happy with the report that Audi could not fix the sensor on my transmission which is causing transmission alert messages to come on my dashboard. The only thing you say you can do is put in a new transmission which is a $20,000 cost, which is ridiculous when only the sensor needs to be repaired and the transmission itself is fine. So while I'm not happy with the decision by Audi, the agents were fine to deal with. I'm just going to sell my Audi and go buy a Lexus! More
