We had our car towed in due to an air suspension failure. The cost of the repair was more than the car was worth, so we had to let the car go. Obviously, this left us with a rather sour taste in our mouths. But it wasn't Orlando's fault -- he did everything he could to take care of us; there just wasn't much that could be done. Kudos for getting us in touch with someone who could take care of the car in the end -- Orlando didn't have to do that, but he did. More

I have been visiting the service dept periodically for past 3.5 years. Orlando Estrada has been the service manager since the beginning, and he has done great job every time I go in. Most were scheduled v past 3.5 years. Orlando Estrada has been the service manager since the beginning, and he has done great job every time I go in.
