In the middle of negotiating to buy a 2018 Infinity Q80 I was told that the vehicle “just sold.” I was concerned that the 3rd row seat would not raise with the power button and it could not be raised manually. Ryan said he would ask the service department to look at it. After a few minutes he came back to tell me that it just sold. I have never had a dealership sell a vehicle while a deal was in process. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware
