Saheed (General Manager), Eliana (Service Manager), and Naomi(Service Advisor) and Sandra (Finance) were all 5-stars with their help and expertise with getting my 2014 Audi Q5 serviced. My car was consumin Naomi(Service Advisor) and Sandra (Finance) were all 5-stars with their help and expertise with getting my 2014 Audi Q5 serviced. My car was consuming a full tank of oil within 500 miles. Another Audi center had replaced the oil tank, since there was a crack, and also had run both parts of the oil consumption test, which it had failed. Because of this, I needed new piston rings $$. There was an error with my original Audi Platinum Protection contract where I had paperwork to show I was insured for 115,000 miles instead of 100,000- Sandra in Finance helped sort this out for me and scheduled an appt for me with Saheed (General Manager). I sat with Saheed who assured me that he would take care of me and make things right with my car, as oil consumption, did affect my make/model/year of car. I took my car in and worked with both Eliana and Naomi to discuss next steps with service. During the time of service, some other parts were recommended to service since the engine would basically be taken apart of the piston rings. Putting my trust in them, I decided to go along with the recommendations. It’s been a few months with my car back and it has never run better. I am so pleased with the care and consideration I received at Audi Lynbrook and am so happy with Saheed and his team. Thank you again. More

If I could I would give this place .5 Stars. I’ve been coming here to service my Car since 2015 & every year the service gets progressively worse. The staff is unprofessional and acts like you are botheri coming here to service my Car since 2015 & every year the service gets progressively worse. The staff is unprofessional and acts like you are bothering them. They just want your money and that’s about it. 10/01/2021 brought my A5 in for service and they broke my rear view mirror. Then the service advisor tried to lie and say it was already documented broken & I was informed about that. Thank God I noticed it before I pulled out of there. They then tried to get me to schedule to get it fixed & I had to pay. Horrible. Till today I haven’t gotten a call back from Eliana who’s supposed to be management to address the issue. I’m sure they’re hoping that they’ll give me the run around until time has passed and they will not have to fix it. I stopped going to Audi Brooklyn years ago due to crappy service but this Lynbrook location is now worse. More
