I've never had a better car buying experience in my life than here at Audi Lynbrook. I went in Sunday to peruse but they were super busy and they kindly told us it was about an hour wait to speak with a rep than here at Audi Lynbrook. I went in Sunday to peruse but they were super busy and they kindly told us it was about an hour wait to speak with a rep. Not a big deal so I went outside to chat lunch options with my mom. I figured I'd come back another time, but Saheed wandered outside to ask what I was looking for. I mentioned I was in the market for an A5 Sportback lease and he offered to help despite everyone else being busy. Fast forward about 10 minutes and he has me test-driving my dream car. He offered me a super competitive lease offer that I couldn't find anywhere else (and believe me, I looked!). Moreover, he didn't even mentioned he was the manager until we exchanged emails at the end– which is truly just a testament to how humble, kind, and helpful he was. Within two days and a few emails later, Audi Lynbrook had my car ready for pickup. Saheed introduced me to Asia who is probably the sweetest, most helpful human on planet Earth. She made the entire process easy AND fun. She spent 30+ minutes with me going through every single car detail and feature and even helped me personalize / set up Apple Car Play. I cannot say enough good things about how incredibly wonderful she was. If you are looking for a great sales rep who isn't pushy and makes the process really enjoyable, go see ASIA! Finally, I was introduced to the finance manager: Falysha Pierre-Lys. Normally, you get a finance manager who tries to swindle and upsell you on everything you don't need to get you to pay extra. But not Falysha. She told us what she recommended, what most people got, what I really needed, and what I probably didn't. She was super chill, really honest, and overall awesome to work with. We were laughing throughout the entirety of the process and I enjoyed every minute. She was poised, professional, kind, and very helpful. Once I got my car, they even had a little "Congrats, Sara!" sign in the window. So Sweet! Just the cherry on top and a really nice touch. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Audi Lynbrook, Saheed, Asia, Falysha and the entire team. If you need a car: Look no further.
