Came in to get into a new lease. Worked with Alex. You were very rude, that's not the way to speak to a customer, you are the manager, the face of Audi! Do they know how you are treating their customers? You belittle my friend on where he was working "none of your business", the way they speak "what is wrong calling you you "Bro" in a conversation? After being on the phone with you for over 30 min! I'm sure you were called far worse in your life! And you gave out personal information to a caller without verifying who they were?! Down to the address on file?! Then have the nerve nerve tell us that we were breaking the law as we received the sale transaction for the car! When told that you were not professional, you call out my husband telling him that he was unprofessional because he was calling you in his lunch break! You stated that you could hear people ordering food?! Seriously? for the price that an AUDI cost we can call your from wherever we want "BRO"! What kind of business is this! When we simply called to help a friend to figure out why a car that you sold has its entire computer system down in less than 2 months! He is a kid, his 1st car and you gus were giving him the run around!! You response, the car was fine when we sold it to you! I'm sure that not how you treat the customers that looks like you!! I'm pretty sure! you do not deserve to be in this position at all, I essentially other employees such as Andrew my service guy! you do not know how to interact with customers the you shouldn't be a manager ! Just bought my second Vehicle at Audi lynbrook, and couldn’t have been more pleased. Jason chance is a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. I had been in touch with the dealership the morning of and had an appointment scheduled, and they did not tell us that the car had been sold..... before driving an hour and a half to see the car. We test drove a similar car. They tried to tack on a $1895 fee for "reconditioning". However the car needed further work and the dealership was unwilling, and the car was "As is". On top of that, a $695 administration fee. Misleading, lack of communication, and no respect for the customer's time. Alex was very nice, but inexperienced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Let me preface my remarks by stating my wife just purchased her first Audi, a 2020 Q7 in October. With it being an out-of-state purchase, we needed to get a NYS inspection. When I arrived at the service department, Ms. Marmol left her post to meet and welcome me to Audi Lynbrook. I've been driving for over 35 years and that has never happened when I've dropped vehicles off at service departments of other dealerships. Furthermore, Audi Lynbrook's service department managed to work me in even though I did not have an appointment and they were clearly busy. Ms. Marmol and the Audi Lynbrook service team left a positive first impression. More
