Great experience compared to other dearlships in the area! Looking for a new car since my lease will be ending soon. No stars horrible service I made an appointment to come to the dealership called before I came to confirm my appointment. Lady said yes come down a sales rep will help I said c I made an appointment to come to the dealership called before I came to confirm my appointment. Lady said yes come down a sales rep will help I said cool I’ll be there 4:22pm after finding parking I waslked in around 4:28pm looked at a few cars outside then I went into the showroom to look at the A6 sedan and A4 avant- mainly when I walked in I wasn’t greeted by no sales rep and that set the vibe for me so as I walk around the showroom floor looking at the cars the workers acknowledged I was there but never said nothing to me or asked if I need help or had an appointment. I was in my own world looking at the cars went back outside to see the A8 and still the reps looked at me and said nothing. Now this is horrible service I rather take my business back to Toyota or tesla cause I was looking to trade my 2017 Camry in came all this way from Brooklyn for no reason I won’t recommend no one to come here plaza auto mall has better service More

Service I went in for an oil change, and of course I assumed they would start telling me all the work my car needs. The service rep Paul Hoffmann actually di I went in for an oil change, and of course I assumed they would start telling me all the work my car needs. The service rep Paul Hoffmann actually did so. But he didn't pressure me into anything, and in fact he advised me on what is necessary for now and what I can hold off on. He was very polite, respectful, and courteous. He was also very personable which made me relax as he offered me advise on how to take care of my car. While waiting for the service to be complete the mechanic ran into a problem. Mr Hoffmann took me to where my car was and he and Mike Dolce showed me exactly what the issue was and assured me they would take care of it. My stay that day ended up being longer then expected, but I wasn't bothered at all because at the end my car was fixed, running smoothly and they treated me like a person instead of a customer. More
