But he didn't pressure me into anything, and in fact he advised me on what is necessary for now and what I can hold off on. He was very polite, respectful, and courteous. He was also very personable which made me relax as he offered me advise on how to take care of my car. While waiting for the service to be complete the mechanic ran into a problem. Mr Hoffmann took me to where my car was and he and Mike Dolce showed me exactly what the issue was and assured me they would take care of it. My stay that day ended up being longer then expected, but I wasn't bothered at all because at the end my car was fixed, running smoothly and they treated me like a person instead of a customer. More

I was very nasty with him and let out my frustration about the phones to him. He stayed quiet, allowed me to vent and then expressed his sincere appology. He did not try to mske any excuses he avtually admitted that there is no excuse for that, again appologizing. I senced the sincerity in his voice. Before i could even get into why i was calling, he asked me to grab a pen, he gave me his direct number and extention as,well as his cell! I was blown away by his honesty and proffestionalism. We then got into a conversation about what my issue was and he again in pure honesty told me he didnt know what to do but would find out. We got off the phone and i still had a small amount of doubt inside of me because in my experiance and in all the years ive bought cars i know sometimes they calm u down then blow u off. To my pleasant suprise paul called back within 20 min to tell me he still didnt know, but we were going to learn together. Again he said he would call back when he figured it out. After about another hour he had reseached exactly how to control my new 2018 heads up display and asked if i coukd come in so he coukd show me bdcause it would be easier then trying to walk me through it over the phone. After work around 4pm i came in, asked for him, i was greated like a queen and paul spent almost 30 min goingvover not only my concern but explaining so much about my car that i had no idea it even had. I dont live close nor did i buy my car from you but i can assure you that i will go out of my way to now only service with your dealership and will only deal with paul. Unfortunately i did whitness a young lady being a bit rude to a cust but it just made me more loyal to paul. Please give paul the credit he deserves because u now have a cust for life ( as long as paul is there, if not ill go back to dealing with the pompas snots at beiner to service mu car ) on one final note when we came back inside, there were 4 cust waiting to deal with him only refusing to talk with anyone else. He said hello to each and everyone of them, the men embrased him as well as the woman said hello with a hug. This man is zn asset to your company and shoukd be recognized for it. Prior to having my Audi truck, I've had both Mercedes Benz and BMW cars and have had nothing but horrible experiences when servicing my vehicles there Prior to having my Audi truck, I've had both Mercedes Benz and BMW cars and have had nothing but horrible experiences when servicing my vehicles there, including them ALWAYS telling me something else was wrong and it would cost more than expected at pick up. All these bad memories went away when I met Paul Hoffman at Audi Lynbrook!!! I was greeted with a smile and natural conversation while he inquired about my needs and set a clear expectation of what will be done in my vehicle as well as what recommendations they had via a follow up call. I had no idea people this competent and relatable still existed in the car service industry! Not only is he friendly, he's very efficient and thorough! I brought my car in for a 55k mile service and upon receipt of my vehicle, I noticed the complimentary car wash which topped off my great experience!
