Audi Lynbrook is truly exceptional! When it comes to high-end cars, one usually comes into a dealership knowing exactly what they want. This was the case with myself and Audi Lynbrook: I came to the dealer knowing exactly what I wanted, and wanted to get it in the easiest and quickest way possible. Audi Lynbrook did this and so much more... I am an extremely busy person, and Joe C. at Audi Lynbrook went SO FAR above and beyond my expectations that I could not be happier. He personally took care of informing the insurance company of the car being added along with all required information, and even conferenced me in when he needed authorization to add the car (most dealers would do this and inform you to call your carrier to review and approve, something that delays the car delivery by a day or more at least). On top of this, he took care of all DMV needs with nothing more from me than a "YES, please get it done!". Delivery was also a very pleasant surprise...in addition to delivering an immaculate new Audi Q7 truck, they even programmed my favorite stations into the sattelite radio and paired my bluetooth phone with the car, all while explaining the (good) surprises I was in for with the vehicle's technology. Of course this is something that is very easy to do yourself, but taking the time to do this EXTREMELY important feature was an example of the NEXT-LEVEL of customer service that Audi Lynbrook is all about. Because of this level of service, I drove home feeling that the entire task of getting a car was COMPLETE. It's easy to love Audi, but Audi Lynbrook makes it easy to GET an Audi...they are a great dealership that went to great length to make the process of getting an Audi truly remarkable. I highly recommend Audi Lynbrook. More

Extremely pleased with their concerned approach and advice through the years. .Ms. Roxanne Rillera is always thoroughly professional and know what she is doing at all times. Prior to that I worked with the late and wonderful John Lima. I have not, as of yet worked with your sales personnel, but hope to in the next year or two. ONE NOTE: The reason I entered N/A for quality of work for the 4/2/visit is that I will not know for a week or two. I will admit that it has always been excellent and I am sure it will still be excellent. I hope that your service personnel will stay in tact!! I feel very comfortable with them!! More
