I had an amazing experience with Marlon at Audi today! I initially went in just shopping around, hoping to find a car I would eventually fall in love with, but Marlon created an experience that made me ge I initially went in just shopping around, hoping to find a car I would eventually fall in love with, but Marlon created an experience that made me genuinely excited to come back and make my purchase with him. After asking me just a few questions, he immediately understood what would suit me best. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and at no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or like he was simply trying to make a sale. I’ll admit, I usually have my guard up when dealing with car salespeople because of all the stories you see and hear, but this experience was completely different. It honestly felt like I was exploring car options with a family member who genuinely wanted to make sure I made the right decision for me. Marlon’s personality, professionalism, and genuineness really stood out. His knowledge of the vehicles was just as impressive, it flowed seamlessly. Every question was answered, every detail was noted, and I never felt like I was asking too much. I walked in simply exploring my options, and I walked out knowing exactly who I want to purchase my next vehicle from. I will absolutely be back to see Marlon when I’m ready to make it official.
