I called and made an appointment to test drive it and was met and greeted by Dustin Colburn. Dustin was very friendly,personable and professional and I was so comfortable talking to him and on our test drive he made me laugh like an old friend. I didn't get the impression that he wanted to just sell me the car, I felt he really cared about my concerns and everything I addressed about the car he took care of it and there was never any pressure! I felt I could trust his word and he even followed up with me after our purchase to make sure everything was OK and asked if there was anything else he could do!! I was truly blown away with the ease of the entire process and Dustin kept me informed of what was going on the whole time. I would recommend Dustin to my friends and anyone looking to buy a car from Jim Ellis Audi. They are fantastic! It is obvious they have a TEAM to take care of their customers and it's seamless!
