Jon took excellent care of me from the time he answered the phone until taking a picture of me driving away in my new (to me) truck. I appreciated his attentiveness and special note of his behavior during the phone until taking a picture of me driving away in my new (to me) truck. I appreciated his attentiveness and special note of his behavior during the test drive as he quietly sat in the back available to answer any questions, but allowing my wife and I to evaluate the truck during the test drive without needless chatter (I was shocked at the number of salesmen that blabbed through the whole test drive... so frustrating while I'm trying to listen to any red flags). I would recommend Jon to anyone looking for an Audi or any other car on their lot!! More
