Poor customer service, repair and no follow up Brought my vehicle here for routine maintenance. I was told that everything was fine minus a $500 headlight I needed....... around 5 days later, my c Brought my vehicle here for routine maintenance. I was told that everything was fine minus a $500 headlight I needed....... around 5 days later, my car would not start properly. I purchased my car from this dealership and never had a problem. I called the service department, I missed a return call. I called again and sent an email. No response. I scheduled an appointment. That initial service guy totally ignored me while I was there. I’m then told that I now need a $500 battery...... ok. Now my instrument panel does not light up properly. No follow up from the new service guy. Pattern??? My reason for visit was routine service. I had prepaid maintenance. I left with more issues and more charges than I came with. I was asked by the initial service guy to leave a review and I did, after he received that feedback, it appeared that he had no obligation to assist me any further. The concierge staff got me checked in and right to my service advisor in less than a minute, no waiting around. The staff knew my name were very welcoming and cheerful - this is reason number one for me choosing to use this location for all my services. After explaining the noise I was invited to the lounge for some coffee - it's a typical waiting area with business tool and a honking great TV and really decent coffee - while my car was given a quick inspection, I had time to wait. Once my service advisor knew it was an issue that could take several hours to resolve he offered me an Uber or a courtesy car. I took the car since I wanted to test out the Q3. Around lunchtime I got a call and text to let me know the car was ready for pickup. When I got there I was greeted in the same manner as the morning time. My car was ready and in a much cleaner state than when I dropped it off. I was given full details of the service - and happy to hear the service was covered my my Audi warranty. Overall a tremendous experience, would highly recommend anyone with an Audi to consider this location due to the friendly & courteous staff. More

Horrible experience . We got TWO 2018 Q7s from here, but came for service and was treated like a guilty first grader by a young unprofessional teacher. Will never be bac . He pointed out a few repairs the car needed but did not pressure into fixing. He kept me updated on progress as I waiting and was very pleasant to work with. Will return based on this associate. More
