Too many flat tires I have now had 5 tires replaced due to nails/screws in less than 4 years. It is not convenient for me to get to the dealer, but tire stores do not sto I have now had 5 tires replaced due to nails/screws in less than 4 years. It is not convenient for me to get to the dealer, but tire stores do not stock the pirelli tires for my Audi A6, so if my tire is flat, I have no choice. My visit yesterday took 3.5 hours and they tried to sell me on replacing all 4 tires. Since I have basically replaced one tire per year (have 35,000 miles on my almost 4 year old car), I do not understand how they could all need replacing. I asked the service representative and he didn't give me a reasonable answer. When I asked him if the Pirelli tires were unusually susceptible for getting nails in them, in which case no patch job can be done, he told me to change my driving route to avoid construction. I thought this was rude and obviously not possible in Atlanta. I am ready to trade in my car. I'll go broke with replacing tires at this rate and am using my personal days hanging out in the Audi waiting room. More

Great Experience with Service I recently bought a used vehicle from the dealership. After 1 month, I experienced an issue with the battery, where I was unable to start the vehicle. I recently bought a used vehicle from the dealership. After 1 month, I experienced an issue with the battery, where I was unable to start the vehicle. After speaking with my sales rep, I was able to bring the vehicle back, and the service department took care of installing the new battery. They even checked the entire electrical system; to ensure there were no further issues. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone! More
