Buyer beware. I ‘purchased’ a car on Friday, completed preliminary paperwork, and offered a deposit (they declined and said not necessary). You would think customer service would kick in and they would try to right their gross incompetence. Nope. They (managers) didn’t care and offered nothing remotely substantial - just sorry.
