Though I've got to say the post-sales experience has left something to be desired. In the team's eagerness to get me into a new vehicle, they did not have a second key or roof rack key available at the time of purchase. This wasn't a big deal but I'm now going on TWO WEEKS waiting for these items to be sent to me. No idea why it'd take this long. Similarly, the car was missing the driver's side floor mat which I was hoping would be sent as well. I'm really enjoying the new car but hoping these issues can get resolved in a timely manner. Thanks!
