This is my third Audi and I have nothing but rave reviews for my sales consultant Ricky Quintana and more importantly my service coordinator, Gene Frank. When work was necessary Gene has always greeted me w for my sales consultant Ricky Quintana and more importantly my service coordinator, Gene Frank. When work was necessary Gene has always greeted me with a smile, kept me apprised as to the status of my vehicle and gave me alternatives as to the best way to repair the vehicle. Gene is the reason I keep returning to Audi Marin. I highly recommend asking for Gene as your consultant and Ricky as your sales person. More

I am very impressed with Audi Marin's sales consultant, Tyler Toler. Like many people, I am wary of any car salesman. Especially, given that my father-in-law is in the business and told me to be careful. Plus, I am an attorney who is pessimistic about anyone trying to sell me anything. Yet, Tyler was top-notch. I never felt like he was selling me on a car or pushing me into purchasing. Instead, he worked with me and gave me all of my options. No pressure. Tyler is honest, knows what he is doing, and put me at ease. It was a joint partnership in determining what vehicle to purchase with Tyler's assistance and guidence. More

It’s taken me some time to write this review as I am still in shock, I purchased an Audi. I was in the market for a new car and I never thought I would end up in an Audi dealer. After all I wasn’t reall still in shock, I purchased an Audi. I was in the market for a new car and I never thought I would end up in an Audi dealer. After all I wasn’t really interested in a luxury vehicle. My first day at Audi Marin on 7/21 , I was greeted by a friendly Audi Brand Specialist named Ricky Quintana who immediately made me feel comfortable and took his time to get to know what my car needs were. We discussed a few models and eventually made an appointment for Saturday 7/23 to test drive a Q3 and the Q5 Plugin Hybrid. The test drive was amazing! Ricky is professional, friendly, patient and his guidance through the test drive made me experience the vehicle’s full potential. Ricky is the reason I decided to purchase the Q5 Plugin Hybrid. If all Audi Marin staff are as knowledgeable like Ricky, I will be in good hands as long as own my Q5. More

Worst service experience in a long time, looks like since it is Indigo Group it is getting worse. Premium car can't be fixed, for now over 10 days, because they can't get the part from Audi and can't track t it is Indigo Group it is getting worse.
