Worst experience ever, these people are scammers, and it trickles back all the way to the sales department. Been trying to get a couple of things fixed on my q7 for the past 3 months, bought a bumper to bum trickles back all the way to the sales department. Been trying to get a couple of things fixed on my q7 for the past 3 months, bought a bumper to bumper service package, and they claim it doesn’t include small scratches which I remember exactly the sales rep at the dealership telling me scratches smaller then four inches are covered. Finally got someone that agreed to fix the car at no cost to me, once I brought the car in they attempted to charge me 2600$$$, insane these people are scammers. More
