Recently have had nothing but problems with this Dealership’s service center. Tire replacement takes almost a week. Picked up car and outside was covered in dirt. Left ezpass in loaner called 1 hour later and twice a day for 3 days and have yet get a response other than “we will call you back”. Last time bag of receipts left in seat back pocket was thrown away costing me thousands of dollars. Really displeased with them no longer want to use their service thinking I should probably use an entirely different dealership next lease to avoid this service center. More
