If you can stay away from this dealer stay away from! !!!!! It supposed to be Audi A prestige name but this dealer make it the worst company on this planet you going to deal with. If you found a car you are interested to buy from and I advice to stay away . If the finance manger ask you do you want warranty make sure to call 3, 4 Audi before you purchase it from them to have an idea how much they charge for the warranty. Because in Audi of millburn you will pay double and triple the price I purchased two cars from them . First experience I purchased a car from them within a year from purchasing the car, I trade it and call them to cancel my warranty and get my money back it took me 6 months to get my money back after sending and calling 30 times . Second purchase I financed a pre owned Caddilac Escalade 22 .and the finance manger Christine add it wheels and rims and he charge me almost $5000 how dare you are $5000 are you serioussssss. I told him I don't want it the same day of the purchase and to cancel it,he told me to wait until the deal is finish and he will send the full amount of money back towards my principles within two to three weeks, I've been sending him emails back and fourth for 6 months and he keep telling me don't worry we will send the check to th loaner and I've been paying interest for 6 months and no solution. Also my registration took a month and a half to send it to me despite the fact they receive it within two weeks they told me I've to go to the dealer to take it and I have been purchasing the cars for the past 15 years the dealer supposed to send it to your house over night after they receive it . I will advise everyone stay away from them .!!!!! I will never ever see you again and I will complain to the BBB soon.
