HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! I was blatantly & admittedly discriminated upon by Craig Abelta & Ken Collins. After arriving for my 7am service appt & being told there were no loaner cars available(even thoug discriminated upon by Craig Abelta & Ken Collins. When I complained, I was told - "DO YOU KNOW WHO THAT IS?? HE IS A PERSONAL FRIEND OF THE OWNER!!" So apparetnly...the "no loaner cars available" only applied to me... More

I was promised a $1,000 cusomter assistance check to lease my new Audi because I was turning in my old Audi early, and since I was turning it in early I was going to be out about $1,000. It has been approximatly 3 months, Jason Warren has left the dealership and the dealership is now refusing to pay me. I have since learned that Jason and Audi of Mission Viejo have a history of this type of fraud. More

My first experience with this dealership was when I made a offer on one of their vehicles. Less than 2 days later I found out that they had not told the truth about their bottom line. I recently leased a new A4 Avant from MV Audi. When I arrived for my first test drive appointment, the car was ready and waiting, so was a couple of lease quotes. The test drive was very good, the sal arrived for my first test drive appointment, the car was ready and waiting, so was a couple of lease quotes. The test drive was very good, the sales person obviously knows his products. I went home to think about the possible lease and returned 2 days later for a second test drive and to finalize the deal. At no time was there any pressure whatsoever. Everyone I met at MV Audi treated me with respect and made me feel welcome and like a valued customer. I can highly recommend Audi of Mission Viejo.
