PROVEN FRAUD! BEWARE! For a car we bought from them, Audi Morton Grove charged us $1.500 for a 35.000 miles service, when the service was covered under a service plan. It was their car. With a lie ("35.000 miles service are not included") McGrath denied our claim. And this wasn't even the only lie: When I confronted them after getting help from another dealer, they declined responsibility and said: "We haven't seen you in over a year". Earlier on they lied about the tires of my trade-in too, trying to decrease the value. I actually had bought those tires just a few days before, they were brand new. All this is not a misunderstanding because McGrath was aware of everything. This is fraud. I have this in writing. State attorney and BBB are getting involved. They have to pay us back our money. Don't believe what they say! Keep all your invoices! Never, ever have I experienced a more dishonest and despicable behavior from a car dealer, wow! Stay away! More
