Babelon helped my husband and I get into the perfect Q7 for our family. He even said that when we walked in as we were trading up from an A8L sedan. He was honest and real from the beginning and he treated for our family. He even said that when we walked in as we were trading up from an A8L sedan. He was honest and real from the beginning and he treated me with respect as a woman being at a dealership by myself. After going back and forth on the value of my trade, we finally made a deal. I would highly recommend working with Babelon because he delivered on all promises he made. My only frustration was the amount of time we waited at the dealership for the finance manager - one of them walked out at 8:30pm (Gene) and we had to wait until 9pm for the other finance manager (Tomas) and we had our young son with us. Tomas made the process happen quick and painless, which was great, but it was a pain to wait so long with a young child. More

Sino has worked with me on several service visits and has been upfront and honest about what needed fixed immediately for safety reasons and what could wait a bit longer. He always explained things directly and never tried to push a new car on me but recommended we looked because of how much money we put into fixing our A8L. When we finally bought the new car, he checked in to congratulate us and make sure we didn’t need anything. Always friendly, professional and honest.
