Very responsive at the last minute to a tire deflation problem. The set of tires was recently purchased - six months ago - and was glad that I could be serviced quickly and was covered with an $85 deduct problem. In addition, I appreciated the overall evaluation of the car - identifying a need to replace my rear brakes in another 2,500 miles. The video from the tech who worked on the car was also quite helpful. I am contrasting my interaction with the Audi service department to a horrific experience later in the week when my other car (a 2012 Volvo XC60 with 115,000 miles) had an engine failure (ignition coil problem) on Rte. 128. May be in the market to replace that car now…. More
