In June of this year my husband and I decided that it was time to move into a new vehicle. We were currently driving an Escalade and wanted something that had more seating, but the same luxury and performan time to move into a new vehicle. We were currently driving an Escalade and wanted something that had more seating, but the same luxury and performance. As soon as we test drove the Q7 it surpassed our expecations. The entire staff at Bernardi was so helpful and made the sales process fantastic. After about 3 months we realized something was wrong with the vehicle. We brought it back to the dealership and they began the process of diagnosing and repairing it. Everyone at Bernardi was so helpful and made sure that we were in a loaner vehicle and always kept a breast of what was happening. In the end we ended up trading in our vehicle for a newer model. We had only had the 2009 for 3 months and the trade in value was signifigantly less than what we had paid. This is were the folks at Bernardi BENT OVER BACKWARDS. They worked so diligently with us to put us in the new vehicle. From loaner vehicles, to price, and financing they did everything for us. It was amazing. I have never seen customer service go so far for a customer. Bob and Kevin were completely on our side. I now feel safe and confident in my vehicle again and that falls completely on the shoulders of the staff at Bernardi. You can buy a vehicle anywhere, BUT you can't buy a team like Bernardi. They are as amazing as the cars they sell. Catherine Dobay More
Bernardi took three months to find me a 2000 A4 with 37,000 miles on it! Thanks Bobby, Kevin, , Steve S., Diego, Dan, David Hamilton, Kent, and Bob the General Manager (for not letting me leave without 37,000 miles on it! Thanks Bobby, Kevin, , Steve S., Diego, Dan, David Hamilton, Kent, and Bob the General Manager (for not letting me leave without my FastLane pass). I am a graduate student and have been trying to find an older low mileage Audi since August and have been helped by I think everyone at Bernardi. I first have to say, no other dealers including Audi Westwood and Burlington Audi even wanted to help me unless I was looking at a car that was twice what I could/wanted to spend. Westwood even outright lie to me. They said Bernardi was not a Magna Dealer, and that they do not provide loaner cars. Westwood lost credibility with me the minute I went to Bernardi and saw they have a Magna certificate, and are even going to provide me with a loaner car when I service my older Audi, which is not even certified pre-owned. Everyone there was so nice, and patient with me, especially Bobby, and the business managers, who got me an affordable Audi warranty that was a better use of my money than finding a certified car. All the managers treated me like I was buying an expensive car, and I am thankful for that. The biggest difference I thought was that all the people at Bernardi are a team. Any time I just popped in to look at a car they suggested and Bobby was busy, he got someone else to help show me the car. At first I thought I was being brushed off, but it was clear, everybody took their time and helped me (and Dan Tonel is the FUNNIEST person ever). I actually had FUN buying my car at Bernardi and thank them for taking care of the little person! The most important thing I learned during all my shopping, and it is the reason I went with Bernardi - and it is they do not bad mouth the other Audi dealers in the area. I heard the same stuff from all these places about Bernardi and each other. "Those other dealers can't get you a better price. They're mean there and use really high pressure selling. They will not take care of you." The worst was Audi Westwood with the bad-mouthing. Well thanks to Westwood, I ended up getting a really good price on my Audi A4 and warranty from Bernardi, and loaner cars when I come in to service...all from a Magna dealer! And ironically, before Westwood got all huffy, I didn't even know what a Magna dealer was! And I still don't! Thanks again Bobby, I totally recommend you, and your team. You guys are the BEST. My next car is going to be a new A4, and I am buying it from you! Sherry More
We visited Bernardi of Natick to purchase our 5th Audi. Bobby Ollari was our sales representative; he was very professional and knowledgeable. Our experience was seamless, the price we paid was the lowest Bobby Ollari was our sales representative; he was very professional and knowledgeable. Went to the dealership and got a competative price on a 2010 A4. I was emailed P&S the following day and received at leased 10 phone calls pressuring me to agree to purchase. I was even given "the deal will be off the table in 30 minutes" if I did not accept their offer. My husband was contacted as well because I was reluctant to sign. I did except by email and gave a credit card over the phone. Within 24 hours I had changed my mind. I didn't feel comfortable with the old school, unprofessional high pressure sales tactics and decided to do business at another dealership. I informed the sales person, general manager etc. and they refused to give back my $1000 deposit. American Express and my personal attorney were contacted. I have their refusal to return my deposit in writing stating they will only give my deposit back if I purchase a car from them. They would return my deposit if I did not purchase any vehicle within a six month period. It was very frustrating to have to wait almost 2 months and 2 appeals to American Express for Bernardi to credit my account. More
I was very impressed with Bernardi's service department: they were very professional, very effective and very flexible when I brought my '01 A6 in for a new fan on July 31: I live in Maryland, so I am not a they were very professional, very effective and very flexible when I brought my '01 A6 in for a new fan on July 31: I live in Maryland, so I am not a current or recurring customer, but their team went out of their way to fix my problem, keeping me informed, dealing with a complex repair late into a Friday afternoon, and including chasing down an elusive electrical re-set that was required. They were a real credit to the values of the dealership. More
Everyone I dealt with, from my salesman (Bobby Ollari) to the sales manager (Dave Hamilton) treated me with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Unfotunatley, I found Bernardi's sales approach to be more the exception than the rule. Although I had to drive further to Beranardi Audi than some of their competitors, I found it well worth the effort. Some of their competitors were either inattentive or rather unprofessional. They seemed to fall into two camps. That it was my job to get a salesperson to help me or I had to request salesperson back off from the "used car salesman" hard sell approach. Neither style is suitable to the premium brand I was purchasing, nor any brand for that matter. In the end it comes down to who you want to work with long term. How will I be treated after the sale. Based on my experience to date, I expect I will be treated very well and I look forward to working with Bernardi in the future. I would recommend Bernardi Audi without reservation. More
My convertible top stopped working in the middle of going down. I tried everything in the book and nothing worked. It was Wednesday, Aug 5th around 5pm and thunderstorms were predicted for the afternoon. down. I tried everything in the book and nothing worked. It was Wednesday, Aug 5th around 5pm and thunderstorms were predicted for the afternoon. I called Bernardi Service and they advised me to tow the car rather than try to drive it. They were afraid if I drove it the top could be serverely damaged. They said they would wait for me, to just let them know when the tow truck was expected to come pick up the car. I could not believe that they were so kind, told me not to worry, they would be there for me even if I arrived after they closed. I can not express how relived I was. When I arrived two hours later, they were waiting for me and made sure I had a loaner car to get home in. I believe service does not get any better than that. More
Tom (sales) and Kevin (manager) helped me pick out a new car. I was somewhat picky in exactly what I wanted, but they found the car and got it to me in a timely manner.
