Excellent Experience! Both Jonel and Classic Audi were great. They understood exactly what I was trying to do as well as my price point. Although we were at it for a few Both Jonel and Classic Audi were great. They understood exactly what I was trying to do as well as my price point. Although we were at it for a few months, once the rebate I needed was there, they let me know and bam, I am in the Q5 (which I love). Jonel, knew the car backwards and forwards, and answered all of my questions over my preferred method (email), He was patient even when I was switching back and forth between cars.
