I had very specific requirements and a set price I was willing to pay. Against the odds, he made it happen. But, it didn't end there. From 'agreed deal' to 'closing and driving off the lot' -- Ivan made the entire process efficient and painless. Finally, he's offered to be available to me post purchase for any questions I have about the car, and to meet again to do another run through of all the technology after I have some experience driving it. He's even offered to come into Manhattan to do that second meeting close to home for me to make it more convenient. Couldn't recommend Ivan highly enough and if I could give him six stars I would. He listened to what we wanted and while he didn’t have the car in the color and with the options that I wanted in stock, he never tried to up-sell us or push us to take something he had in stock (that was a first for me), instead he immediately said he would locate the vehicle and have it for us in a couple of days. Sure enough a few days later we went to pickup our new car and it’s amazing. Ivan spent a considerable amount of time going over everything with me, ensuring that I understood how all the various features work. He programmed our radio stations and even our garage door opener. He was very patient with me through the whole process and even invited me to return in a week or two for a refresher to go over anything I couldn’t remember or figure out on my own.
