Edgar is smart and polite and respectful of the interests of potential and new clients. When I went to pick up my new Audi, he had all the time one the world ( even on a busy Saturday at Feb month end ) to explain, and demonstrate, and allow me to try all the new computer commands / dashboard buttons / steering wheel buttons that the new Audi incorporates. Easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. I had my heart set on a new Audi SQ5. The salesman there Ivan Boros was both friendly and knowledgeable. Easily the best salesman I've worked with in the last 10 years--probably 5 or 6 transactions..I would send any friend or relative to both Classic Audi, and specifically to Ivan if they were interested in purchasing an Audi. I was sent to him by a friend....and now I owe him a favor back. I ordered my car exactly the way I wanted it in late October and knew it would take a long time to arrive. Ivan estimated delivery for the end of January.. Every few weeks I received an email with a progress report. It was ready for delivery on January 26. Every promise made was kept. Highly recommended.
