Let me just say that I make my living Over the past week and two visits to this dealership I would give Audi and Peter, a 5.0 no questions asked. Let me just say that I make my living in sales so yes, I’m aware of the tricks of the trade and of course had that slight bit of skepticism walking in (as most buyers should). On our first visit we met Peter and test drove one if the CPO Q3s on the lot. He was busy but went out of his way to make time for us, did not rush us at all, offered us drinks, donuts, I mean really just a nice guy. I got his business card and said we would like to think about it and will be in touch. He reiterated that the ball is in my court and that he is happy to speak w me when Im ready (unlike some other used car shops we had been in touch w). 5 days go by and I began exchanging emails with Peter, now interested in an A3 they had on the lot. He got back to me promptly. He knew my budget and the A3 happened to be a bit over, so he sent me some other options too. 8 hours later, my wife and I met him to walk through options. ended up test driving the A3 and loved it. We got back to the dealership and quickly worked out a financing plan that worked for me. Peter always had our interests front of mind. Frankly, I wish everyone can have the experience we had, and I think they can. Treat people with respect and be straight forward and they’ll do the same with you! I hope to buy another Audi from them in the future. More
