I usually don’t do reviews but I expect better service when I’m paying what I’m paying @ Audi for service. First let me say that my service advisor Amy was nice and so was the shuttle driver. When I came when I’m paying what I’m paying @ Audi for service. First let me say that my service advisor Amy was nice and so was the shuttle driver. When I came to pick up my car though Amy was busy and another guy assisted me. Idk his name but he was rushing me and had zero interest in answering my questions. He was holding a cell phone and basically waiting for me to stop talking and walk away so he could do whatever on it. Told me my car was outside somewhere either on the 1st or 2nd row. Keep in mind it’s pouring down raining. I was like ok. Then when I get to my car the inside clearly has not been vacuumed. Can’t tell if it’s been washed on the outside because it’s raining. They also recommended services that I already got done @ another Audi dealership but may be they don’t have access to those records. Idk. More

I found the Audi my wife wanted and called the dealership. I got Kevin on the phone and he made the transaction easy. I live 4 hours away and they treated me like a neighbor. I bought a 2019 Audi A6 and less than 2 weeks later the alternator died. I had to tow the car back to the dealership which cost me $105. The alternator was replaced 4 days later and I was charged another $ alternator died. I had to tow the car back to the dealership which cost me $105. The alternator was replaced 4 days later and I was charged another $137.72 because the faulty alternator (which should've been replaced because of a recall) ruined the battery. More
